Municipal Election Forums to be Broadcast & Streamed LIVE

Peach City Radio is pleased to be able to provide live broadcast and online streaming audio during the 2026 Municipal Election Forums, presented by the Penticton Chamber of Commerce.

The mayoral forum will take place Wednesday Sept 23, and the councillor forum will take place Thursday Sept 24. Both events are scheduled to start at 5:30pm, and CFUZ coverage will begin close to 5:15pm. The forum broadcasts will be hosted by CFUZ Program Director Dave Del Rizzo, and CFUZ News 'n Stuff co-host Chris Stephenson.

Recordings of both events will be available on the CFUZ web site later this week for download.

2026 Okanagan Vinyl Fest

Okanagan Vinyl Fest - Sept 19

Join us at Okanagan College - 583 Duncan Ave W on Saturday September 19 from 9-3 for the best day of crate digging in the Okanagan this year!

Okanagan Vinyl Fest is the largest record fair in the BC Interior, attracting over 40 tables of new and used vinyl records, cassettes, posters and audio gear.

Early bird shopping will begin at 9AM, and at that time, admission is $5 for the privilege of having first crack at all the vendors have to offer. General admission is $3 per person, and doors open at 10AM. The first 100 patrons to the 2026 OKVF will receive a special gift from our partners at Meiklejohn Architectural Design Studio Inc - make sure you get there early!

What a delicious feast you have shared with us!

Thanks to the generous support of our listeners, CFUZ celebrated our 7th OnAirversary on the FM dial in Penticton in STYLE! Together with the tremendous support of YOU, our listeners, we raised a phenomenal $15,725.00! YOU, Penticton, our listeners, are INCREDIBLE!

With this influx of much needed revenue (our annual revenue) we will be able to do all of the following:

continue to be a good citizen of the amazing Cannery Trade Centre!
continue to keep the lights on, and our transmitter doing what it does best!
continue to keep cfuz.ca feeding you our stream to points elsewhere!
continue to pay fees, dues, and insurance... super important!

AND, thanks to your generous support...

continue to upgrade, repair and maintain our critical systems!
